WhyIslam DC is proud to host this year’s fundraiser dinner “A Time for Change: Defining our Muslim Identity.”

In a climate of uncertainty, bombarded by cliched and redundant promises of ‘hope’ and ‘change’, the American Muslim finds himself at crossroads.

Under constant suspicion, perpetually pressured to compromise our faith, the time has come to define our Muslim identity for ourselves.

Enough of denying what we’re not. It’s time to proudly declare who we are.
